Grant, Founder and President of Talec Group Insurance Services, Inc (TGIS) . can confidently say that she has earned the respect and experience to "soar" in the insurance industry. Her experience affords her the ability to provide a diverse background of insurance related products and services to her clients.

Not only does Ms. Grant bring the expertise of employee benefit consulting, she is well versed in field underwriting and has hands on knowledge of how the insurance carriers and industry operate as a whole. All of these traits have lead to the development and leadership of Talec Group Insurance Services, Inc.

Ms. Grant graduated from the accredited Minnesota based Augsburg College, where she received degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing. Upon her graduation, Ms. Grant worked with ReliaStar Life Insurance Company providing employee benefit sales consultation to Fortune 500 companies.

Later, she joined the sales team at Hartford Life were she acquired additional years of technically enhanced skills as a large group insurance sales specialist and continued to provide Life and Disability Insurance to an even greater audience.

This brings us to today where Ms. Grant has continued to make steady gains in her performance and expertise because she is a self-proclaimed "go-getter" and visionary. Because she wanted to be able to provide a diverse portfolio of products and services customized for individuals as well as companies, she decided to incorporate her talents and ambitions, and began her own Insurance Brokerage Firm.
